Christopher Bamonte

Christopher is the director and co-creator of Based on a True Story. He has also directed Perry Souchuk’s Happiness Island, at the late night theatre comedy show Tim’s Loft, and occasional works at New Dramatists as a director and stage manager. In January he was the Assistant to the Director for Holderness Theater Company’s production of Twelfth Night. Most of the time he can be seen working with Bill Irwin and Nancy Harrington in the ridiculous romps through the clown realm assisting them in their new show, A Clown Lecture.

Randi Berry

Dimitra Bixby

Dimitra is originally from Sao Paulo Brazil, where she became certified in Architectural, Interior and Graphic Design, and performed with a movement theater company at the Procopio Ferreira Theater. Some of her professional modeling credits include Funkshion 2005 in Miami Beach, FL, and Jacques Janine in Sao Paulo. In addition to being a company member of Wreckio Ensemble since 2003, she played the Corpse in Gravediggers, and was the lighting designer for Wrestling Porcelain at the Ontological Theater as well as Snug Harbor.

Lucrecia Briceno

Lucrecia, Lighting Designer, is a native of Lima, Peru and has been designing in the States since 1997. Recent collaborations include Crime & Punishment directed by Juan Souki; Women of Trachis at the Ohio Theatre; Mike’s Incredible Indian Adventure at the Flea Theatre; Red Herring at the Connelly Theatre; Fay Lindsay Jones, In Delirium and The Northern Quarter at the Vortex Theater; Arabian Nights at the John Jay Theatre; the stage reading of Paul Auster’s Timbuktu at the Baryshnikov Arts Center. Other works include: Queens College Annual Dance Concert; A Long History of Neglect at the Berlind Theatre; Wounded Giant at The Kitchen; Agamemnon at the St. Veronica’s Church; Gravidggers with Wreckio Ensemble; X kills Y and Vice Versa at the Chocolate Factory; Split Wide Open at the SPF Festival; The Playwrights Series at Columbia University, which featured directors Rajendra Ramon Maharaj, Trip Cullman and Jonathan Silverstein. The Medea directed by Jay Scheib (NYC and Turkey productions); Yokastas with Richard Schechner; Unbound with Davis McCallum; Nobody’s Lunch with The Civilians (Associate); her Spring Awakening was a World Stage Design 2005 Finalist (Toronto March 05); Pasion por el Arte (Bogotá, Colombia); The Cure at Troy at the Amaroussion Theatre in Athens, Greece. She has worked as assistant Lighting Designer at Seattle Rep, Glimmerglass Opera, Playwright’s Horizon’s, McCarter Theater, Berkeley Repertory, Signature Theater, Hartford Stage, Women’s Project and others. MFA, Tisch School of Arts. MFA, Tisch School of Arts. Lucrecia will be designing the lights for Wreckio Ensemble’s upcoming production of Me, Myself, I and the Others.

Tara Grieco

Tara has her degree in theater from the New World School of the Arts in Miami FL, and has been
writing and performing professionally for over 12 years. Some of her acting roles include Olga in
Three Sisters, Fanny in On the Verge, Abby Brewster in Arsenic and Old Lace, and various original works. Some of her musical theater credits are the maid in Man of La Mancha and Frauline Kost in Cabaret. As a sound designer, she has written, produced and toured two alternative rock albums and has created many recorded and live soundtracks for various theater and dance companies, including Wreckio’s Wrestling Porcelain. She also designed the sound for Gravediggers and played the role of the Phoenix. Tara has been a Wreckio Ensemble company member since 2003.

Lauren Turner Kiel

Lauren was last seen in Wreckio Ensemble’s production of Naked where she played Number Three in The Corner and Neesay Hackle in the reading of Rooftops. Previously she was also seen as Dorothy in Wreckio’s production of Me, Myself, I and the Others last fall. Her favorite previous roles include Fan in A Christmas Carol(Hartford Stage Company), Mirette/understudy in Mirette(Goodspeed Opera House), She in Hang Up!(PTP/Atlantic Stage 2), Maria in An Experiment with an Air Pump(PTP/Olney Theatre). Lauren is a recent graduate from Middlebury College.

Anna Lamadrid

Anna is Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and received her B.A. in Journalism at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She moved to New York City to study with Maggie Flanigan and completed a two-year Meisner certification program. Her New York theatre debut was in Wreckio’s production of Me, Myself, I and the Others as Really Mean/Alice. Additional professional credits include the role of Girl in Boys’ Life with the Alliance Repertory Company and the role of Bottle Rockets in the Puerto Rican Traveling Theatre’s workshop production of Bottle Rockets. TV/Film credits: Williamsburg, The Sopranos, and Guiding Light.

Karly Maurer

Benjamin Spradley

Benjamin has collaborated with Wreckio Ensemble since their inception in 2000 when he performed the title role in Gint. In 2002 he reprised the role of Gint for Wreckio’s acclaimed tour to South Florida. Other proud Wreckio appearances include Lysistrata, The Virtuous Burglar and most recently as The Rep in Gravediggers at the Ontological Hysteric Theater. Currently, Benjamin is reuniting with Synapse Productions as they remount their national tour of Animal Farm: The Puppet Musical as the pig Squealer. Past favorites include Lopakhin in The Cherry Orchard, Bluntschli in Arms and the Man, Jack in Into the Woods, Bobby in Company, Don in The Philanthropist, Edmund in King Lear, Max in Idols & Others, Bianca in Taming of the Shrew and Markus in his own one-person show Watermarks. He is very excited to return to his home with Wreckio later this year as Random Haphazard Albert in their highly anticipated upcoming production of Me, Myself, I and the Others. Benjamin is a graduate of New World School of the Arts.

Gregg Weiner

Gregg is a founding member of the ensemble and was a part of two of Wreckio’s productions, Gint and Lysistrata. Gregg worked in South Florida for the last three years where he performed in 15 plays, several commercials and a motion picture - Transporter 2. Gregg won a Carbonell award for ensemble work in South Florida and was nominated for several others. Gregg now lives in Los Angeles and is continuing to pursue his career.
